I’ve had this wonderful, sculpted magpie by @niccidedman on my table since December and been observing them more closely since then. I suppose most creators of small things have magpie tendencies. Sooner or later it was bound to translate into #glass - I hadn’t realised that Magpies mate for life (one for sorrow) which is why saluting a single magpie (Hello Mr Magpie & variations) is supposed to swerve bad luck.
